Woodturning Project Kits Handle Anything Chuck System

The Handle Anything Chuck System is a versatile tool that enables woodturners to create a wide range of projects, such as bottle stoppers, bottle openers, tools, kitchen utensils, and gadgets. It is recommended that you read the included instructions to fully understand the system's capabilities.

The collet chuck base (PKHA01) is pre-threaded at 1" x 8tpi, allowing it to be easily mounted on your lathe's headstock spindle. However, the chuck can also be mounted on a different spindle thread by using a correct adapter. The flats on the collet nut accept 7/8" wrenches (not included) for tightening and loosening the chuck.

The system includes two 7mm threaded mandrel shafts: one measuring 3/8" x 16tpi (PKHA02) and the other 1/2" x 13tpi (PKHA03). The threaded section of each shaft is 1/2" long, and the total length of each shaft is 4". These shafts slide into the headstock chuck at a variable length, as needed for your project, and are secured by the collet.

Additionally, the Handle Anything Chuck System includes two stepped bushings, providing four size guides to work with, depending on the outer diameter of your project. The Bottle Stopper Bushing (PKHAO4) has a diameter of .800" on one end and .959" on the other, while the Handle Bushing (PKHA05) has a diameter of .745" on one end and 1.025" on the other.

By using different accessories available separately, the Handle Anything Chuck System can be used to make a variety of woodturning projects, including closed-end pens, seam rippers, keychains, and other smaller diameter items.
